Francesca + Nicholas’s Engagement Session & Save The Date Film

They say a picture is worth a thousand words but what about a video? A million words? I don’t know but what I can say for sure is that documenting Francesca + Nicholas’s engagement session using both photo and video was quite a unique experience. Not only are they both so sweet and innocent together but they were so easy to work with, very easy going, and laid back. This session was also memorable since it was the first time for both of them being in front of the camera. Documenting and storytelling this sweet couple through photo and video footage was the cherry on top. I enjoyed it a lot and want to take this opportunity to share the video details behind this session.

Francesca + Nicholas’s engagement session was at one of my favorite spots to shoot at. Trexler Nature Preserve is full of beautiful rolling hills. Even though it’s located in my hometown in Pennsylvania, you truly feel so much peace in a fresh environment far from the city. Adding video footage to this engagement session made it even more romantic, classic, and timeless. The value behind this is truly genuine. The one behind the video lens was by boyfriend Joe. After being absolutely miserable for almost 10 years at his job, he quit and decided to fulfill his creative side by joining my team. More than anything, his ability to combine his musical background and his love for capturing motions elevates this video service. Joe falling into this has happened so naturally; it truly feels aligned. The little details, the movement, and the emotions he filmed with Francesca + Nicholas tied in so well with their story. This video asset genuinely captures the moments and the emotion captured connection, freedom, and adventure.

It’s not the norm to experience video footage at an engagement session. But the elevated experience and one-of-a-kind moments filmed through photo and video enhance your session by a thousand percent. Take it from Francesca herself who said: “When Emily mentioned that she and Joe were beginning to do save the date films, my fiancé and I immediately took up the opportunity. Truthfully we were a little nervous in the beginning since we had never done anything like this before. We were honestly blown away at how well the session went! They worked seamlessly together, Emily taking the photos while Joe shot the film. When we got the film back we were in love! I am so glad that we decided to add the short film to our session. Now we have a magical film to go along with our beautiful photos!” This is possible for you and your partner. In fact, I truly want your session to be remembered not only through the emotions that pictures capture but also through the movement and motions that video documents. It’s time for you to fully experience the value photo and video adds to your session. At the moment, we are discounting 50% off these video add ons for the following 4 couples who book with us. The amazing part is that this new service can be added to your engagement session as well as your elopement, adventure session or any other session.
