A Vintage, Barn Wedding at Friedman Farms | The Enslins

If we’re going to talk about opposites, the Enslins are the prime definition of ‘opposites attract’. I truly believe that all the couples I shoot have something distinctly unique but for the Enslins, their particular connection is one that stands out. 

This couple chose to follow their intuition when making important wedding decisions. I truly stan a madly in love couple that goes with what feels aligned to them. This alone makes them so unique and special, making me want to capture their day. Aside from that, they chose a wedding venue further away from home because it spoke to them so deeply. They saw it and knew it was the one. Being in an outdoor, barn setting typically isn’t my first choice but when the Enslins reached out to me about shooting their wedding, I didn’t hesitate once. This venue was beautiful and had so many intricate and vintage fun details. More than anything, their high energy vibe was evident that no matter where the wedding was held, I knew it was going to be enjoyable for everyone.

Something so meaningful that stuck with me about their special day was this quote: ” I'll keep you safe, you keep me wild.” It was one of those things that was heard repeatedly throughout their big day. I can’t agree enough with it. When it comes to the Enslins, their opposite energy is truly remarkable and memorable. They are the perfect opposite complement of each other and their wedding was a true reflection of themselves in all senses.
