Mary + Ryan’s Pocono Palms, Old Architectural Wedding Featuring Rel(Event) Wedding Planning

So many wonderful things stood out from Mary + Ryan’s wedding day. We instantly clicked although having their wedding last minute booked. They are the kind of people who share the same values as me and we truly hit it off. It’s as if we had known each other for sometime. Having the same values as myself helped the day be so enjoyable and seamless. Something else that made this day one of a kind was that they removed the stressful elements of the day by handing that over to a wedding planner. Working with Rel(Event) Event Planning made a huge difference, on Mary + Ryan, the guests and myself. Here’s a breakdown of their wedding day, the difference between a wedding venue coordinator and a wedding planner present the day of, and why working with a wedding planner makes you and your significant other, your guests and myself enjoy your special day even more, free from stress.

This wedding day was carefully curated and had such a beautiful aesthetic. Mary + Ryan’s wedding planner thought this through so well with the couple’s desires in mind prior to the wedding. It worked out so well due to the fact that the professional wedding planner also worked with the venue coordinator. Their roles are quite different. The venue coordinator ensured everything was set and ready regarding the venue itself. As for the hired professional wedding planner, she was gathering and organizing all the details from A to Z and was present for Mary + Ryan’s wedding day. This made everything so stress free, seamless and enjoyable. Having a venue coordinator and a professional hired wedding planner work together prior to your wedding day ensures everything regarding the venue and your wedding day runs smoothly and efficiently. The wedding planner understands everything regarding the venue and is ready to be present the day of to ensure the rest falls in place. For Mary + Ryan’s day, having the venue coordinator and wedding planner work together prior made finding the perfect wedding venue with the couple’s desires in mind super easy. They were going for something classic with a modern feel. Pocono Palms located in Cresco, Pennsylvania was screaming their name. This old church with classy architecture had been recently renovated, bringing in that old school, elegant but modern feel to the occasion. The way it was decorated added more spice. The beautiful arrangements created by Allium Floral Design were loaded with warm, blush colored wedding flowers and designed with the classy, modern vibe in mind. The way the room was set up was incredible and all the details were gorgeous and thought out exceptionally. You could even notice the excellent preparation with the timeline of the day. They communicated ideas with me and asked for my feedback, coordinated shooting at all the right times and made sure I got exactly what I needed. It literally was the perfect setting to capture my best work while feeling laidback. We had sufficient time for the bride and groom first look pictures, family wedding photos, and more time to document the wedding decor and details. The pictures below radiate that vibe.

Mary + Ryan, their friends and family and the vendor team, we all were so happy enjoying their day with a relaxed, stress free environment. Everything and everyone came together so nicely with the amazing and professional work of the wedding planner, the event coordinator and myself. Here’s what the wedding planner had to say: “I have no words! I am so blown away!!! thank you thank you thank you for making our work together look so good!” And as for the newly weds, here’s the bride’s thoughts: “Absolutely love them!!! I've been looking at them all day! Thank you times a million, I will be recommending you until the day I die.” No doubt their day was a true success.
