A Boudoir Session | Lehigh Valley Boudoir Photographer

I wanted to share something a little different on the blog today! Boudoir is a genre near and dear to my heart for so many reasons. I love empowering women and helping them see themselves in a new light. I love the experience of working with women because each one who steps into my studio is vastly different than the one prior, and that’s what makes us unique and beautiful. And I believe every woman should be celebrated. This session was extra fun because I LOVED her outfit ideas because they weren’t just traditional lingerie. A jacket or an oversized sweater can be sexy too. Your session should be a reflection of you, and I want to create images that feel like YOU and tell your story. I want your images to take your own breath away when you see them. I want you to rediscover your fire.

This session combine a few of my favorite vendors as well and I have to give them credit! My long time friend Trina from Parlor Hair & Makeup Studio does all the hair and makeup for my sessions and she knocks it out of the park every time. As a client, you can expect to sit in her chair, tell her your vision, and let her bring it to life! Hair & makeup is included with every session because I feel its part of the process 100%! Tatiana & Erich from Kraft & Co. Floral Design created the floral installation piece for Valentine’s Day seen in some of the images below. The last little tidbit I wanted to share is a reminder that a session like this can be done for a variety of reasons. It can be for an anniversary or wedding gift, to commemorate weight loss, to celebrate body positivity for women of all shapes and sizes, and it can also be done simply as a gift to yourself. What I’ll tell you is this, whatever your reason, you’ll be so glad you did.
